Junior Estimator (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our growing Project Estimation team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, data, and construction-related projects in a structured, fast-paced environment.

No prior estimating experience is required. We will train the right candidate. However, this is a highly detailed, computer-driven role that requires strong Excel skills and comfort working with technical documentation and construction drawings.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for cabinetry, countertops, and appliance packages

• Review construction drawings, scopes of work, and project specifications

• Enter and maintain pricing data in Microsoft Excel and internal estimating systems

• Support bid preparation, revisions, and documentation

• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of project estimates

• Collaborate with senior estimators to improve workflows and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)

• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking

• Ability to interpret data and technical information

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working in a computer-based environment

Preferred but not required:

• Exposure to construction, cabinetry, or building materials

• Experience reviewing blueprints or technical drawings

• Experience in estimating, project coordination, or data analysis
