Junior Executive -Production

Role Summary:

Oversees filing and packaging operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, accurate documentation, and timely production. Leads team performance and machine efficiency improvements through monitoring system and staff training.

Responsibilities:

• Performs in line clearance of the lines responsible for.
• Performs in process checks in lines responsible for.
• Perform another task as instructed by Sr. supervisor.
• Perform area document review.
• Perform end lines and product reconciliation on time.
• Perform trainee for her team or any employee work on the line.
• Supervise the operations of filling and packaging products from A to Z by following all SOP related to the process.
• Supervise the team quality & quantity, way of work, displacing & punctuality.
• Maintains GMP and discipline on the line.
• Monitor machine efficiency through OEE system and find improvement solutions.

• Saudi National is preferable.
• Fresh Graduate with a bachelor's in industrial engineering, sciences, business administration or equivalent technical degree.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English language.
• Candidate should have a leadership and teamwork skills.
• Very good at multitasking, flexible in handling challenges, and able to work well under pressure.
