Qualification: UG and PG

Experience: 1-4 yrs exp

• Identify purchasing needs across departments (e.g., OT, ICU, Pharmacy, Labs).
• Source and evaluate vendors for pharmaceuticals, medical consumables, instruments, and general hospital supplies.
• Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines.
• Raise and process purchase orders in the hospital’s ERP or procurement system.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
• Maintain procurement documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Coordinate with stores, pharmacy, and biomedical departments for accurate stock records.
• Ensure vendor compliance with hospital standards and regulatory norms.
• Assist in annual rate contract negotiations and vendor audits.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
