Junior Façade Designer (MTO)

Location: Dubai
Experience: 2–3 years
Industry: Façade / Aluminium & Glazing
GCC Experience: Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO) based on approved shop drawings
• Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams for material requirements
• Understand façade systems, materials, and project execution methodology
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material specifications
• Ensure quantities align with BOQ and project scope
• Support timely material planning and cost control

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in façade projects
• Strong knowledge of façade materials and systems
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Experience in GCC façade projects is an advantage
• Good coordination and communication skills
