Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our Finance Department as a Junior Finance Associate. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or an entry-level candidate who is eager to develop a career in finance and accounting.

Job Description:

• Review and verify supporting documents such as invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
• Assist in daily and monthly reconciliation between system records, bank statements, and operation journals.
• Extract, clean, and organize financial data from various sources for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Support the finance team in maintaining accurate and well-documented records.
• Assist in identifying and correcting discrepancies in accounting data.
• Participate in basic data entry and retrieval in ERP system
• Provide general administrative and accounting support as required

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data handling.
• Good English communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
