About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Financial Analyst to support financial operations within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in financial analysis, reporting, and operational support.

The analyst will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, support reporting processes, investigate discrepancies, and contribute to continuous process

improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and reporting activities
• Review, reconcile, and validate financial data across systems
• Assist with regulatory and operational reporting processes
• Research and resolve data discrepancies and variances
• Respond to internal inquiries related to financial data
• Support system testing, enhancements, and process improvements
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field)
• Open to new graduates with finance-related internship experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Interest in financial analysis, operations, or reporting
• Must be local to South Jordan, UT
