Junior Florist

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Florist to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about flowers, floral arrangements, and customer service, and is eager to learn and grow within the floral industry. The Junior Florist will support daily store operations, assist in floral design, and ensure high-quality presentation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Floral Design & Preparation

• Assist in creating floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces for retail orders, events, and corporate clients.
• Prepare flowers by cleaning, trimming, conditioning, and storing them properly.
• Support senior florists in executing custom and large-scale floral orders.

Store & Inventory Support

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace and display areas.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing flower deliveries and supplies.
• Help monitor stock levels and report shortages or quality issues.

Customer Service

• Assist customers in selecting flowers and basic arrangements.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Support order packing, labeling, and timely dispatch.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in floristry or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in flowers and floral arrangements.
• Willingness to learn and follow design instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle fresh products with care.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to stand for long hours and handle flowers and materials.
