Shift Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI-powered design tools to create engaging visual content for digital marketing and e-commerce clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns
• Create visual content including banners, posters, infographics, and promotional materials
• Design product images and marketing materials for e-commerce platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on various design projects
• Edit and retouch images for digital and print media
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects
• Use AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creativity
• Prepare design files in required formats for different platforms
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions in a timely manner
• Maintain organized design files and project documentation

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of professional graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Working knowledge of AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI, or similar)
• Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and composition
• Portfolio showcasing professional design work
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for e-commerce or digital marketing
• Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX design tools
• Basic video editing skills
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
• Understanding of social media design specifications
• Experience with print design
