Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires expertise in human capital management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic planning to support our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Administration: Maintain attendance and leave records, update employee data, and support in managing day-to-day HR emails and documentation.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Help organize employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, birthday celebrations, feedback sessions, and team events to enhance workplace culture.
  • Employee Support: Provide basic assistance to employees on queries related to leaves, policies, and HR processes, escalating to the senior HR team when required.
  • Training & Development: Support coordination of training sessions and workshops to help employees improve skills.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research.
  • 0–2 years of prior experience in HR functions (internship/fresher experience acceptable).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
