Junior HR Executive

Require HR Executive with 2- 3 years of experience handling statutory compliance, PF, ESIC in a facility management company.

Qualification: B.Com/B.A/B.sc. MBA in Human resources is preferred.

Responsibility:

1. Recruitment, Joining

2. Payroll, PF, ESIC and other statutory requirements.

3. Customer communication and relationship

4. Employee grievance handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
