JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Summary

The Junior HR Executive will support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

KRA: Task / Activities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews).
  • Support onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Assist in payroll inputs and compliance activities.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support HR generalist activities across departments.

KPI: Performance Metrics

  • Timely closure of positions.
  • Accuracy in HR data management.
  • Employee satisfaction with HR support.
  • Compliance with statutory laws and policies.

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills

  • Recruitment & generalist HR knowledge.
  • Familiarity with HRM software.
  • Knowledge of current HR practices and laws.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate or related industries.
  • Exposure to payroll and compliance tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
