Junior HR Executive

We’re Hiring: Junior HR Executive(6 months–1 Year Experience)

Location: Model Town, Lahore

Availability: Full-time, with flexibility to assist whenever needed

We’re seeking a Human Resources Executive who can take charge of HR operations and administrative documentation with professionalism, efficiency, and a people-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exits.

Maintain and update HR records, personnel files, and administrative documentation (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, etc.).

Assist in preparing offer letters, experience letters, and HR correspondence.

Support performance management and training coordination processes.

Manage employee queries and ensure smooth internal communication between departments.

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Be available and responsive to handle HR or admin tasks that may arise beyond standard hours when required.

Requirements

6 months - 1 years of hands-on HR experience in a similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
