We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our growing team.

You’ll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, while working closely with the founders to shape the company’s culture and HR processes from the ground up.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment and grow into a full-fledged HR professional.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting across job portals & social platforms.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate databases and follow up with shortlisted applicants.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Handle joining formalities, document collection, and offer/appointment letters.
  • Conduct Day-1 onboarding and introduce new hires to the company’s values and culture.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure employee data accuracy.

HR Operations & Support

  • Assist in preparing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance files.
  • Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Support founders in internal communication, feedback, and team engagement initiatives.

Culture & Engagement

  • Organize small events, birthdays, appreciation days, and other employee engagement activities.
  • Gather employee feedback to continuously improve workplace experience.

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in documentation.
  • Eager to learn new HR tools and startup processes.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce / Psychology or related fields.
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR / recruitment / internship experience in HR preferred.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
