Job Title: Junior HR Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in HR coordination or recruitment and be comfortable handling communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment calls, initial screening, and coordination with candidates.
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and follow-up discussions with internal teams.
  • Maintain and update HR trackers, databases, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, including document collection and induction scheduling.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding HR requirements and follow-ups.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment coordination.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
