The Junior HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee documentation, and HR coordination. This role ensures smooth HR functioning by assisting in employee queries, maintaining records, supporting payroll preparation, and helping implement HR policies.

Key Responsibilities – Junior HR Executive

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes by collecting documents and preparing induction materials.
  • Maintain and update daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
  • Provide payroll support by preparing and submitting monthly attendance and leave reports.
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
  • Visit all branches and collect all reports .
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain records, and support the HR team in daily operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
