Junior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive who is currently locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Bahrain labor law, HR operations, employee relations, and government-related HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Support recruitment activities including screening and interview coordination
  • Process leave management, attendance, and employee requests
  • Coordinate visa processing, LMRA, GOSI, and other Bahrain government-related HR procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company HR policies
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration
  • Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Bahrain labor law and HR processes
  • Experience handling LMRA, GOSI, and employee documentation is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Must be locally available in Bahrain
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
