Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive who is currently locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Bahrain labor law, HR operations, employee relations, and government-related HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
- Support recruitment activities including screening and interview coordination
- Process leave management, attendance, and employee requests
- Coordinate visa processing, LMRA, GOSI, and other Bahrain government-related HR procedures
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company HR policies
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Bahrain labor law and HR processes
- Experience handling LMRA, GOSI, and employee documentation is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Must be locally available in Bahrain
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
