Role Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to begin their career in sales with Midas. As a Junior Indoor Sales Executive, you will support the senior sales team by generating leads, setting appointments, and learning the fundamentals of professional sales. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of the customer engagement process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the senior sales team by generating qualified leads and setting up appointments.

· Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.

· Learn and communicate basic product information and company values.

· Assist in managing initial customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.

· Update and maintain the CRM system with customer interaction details.

· Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings to develop sales skills.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

· A keen interest in building a career in sales.

· Good communication skills and a positive, resilient attitude.

· Eagerness to learn and ability to follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time
