Purpose of the Role:
The Junior Instructional Designer will assist in the development of learning storyboards, assessments, and course content, supporting senior team members in producing high-quality online learning materials.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support storyboard creation based on SME-provided materials.
  • Develop quizzes, knowledge checks, and assessments.
  • Format and prepare e-learning materials using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
  • Conduct proofreading and consistency checks.
  • Manage version control and contribute to content documentation. Required Skills and Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Articulate 360.
  • Strong attention to detail and English communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for creative learning technologies.

Desirable Qualifications: Graduate degree in Education, Communication, or a related discipline.
Reporting To: Senior Instructional Designer
Salary: TBC
