Purpose of the Role: The Senior Instructional Designer will lead the design and development of eLearning materials and ensure learning outcomes are effectively achieved through structured, interactive, and visually engaging modules. The role involves close collaboration with the UK team and mentoring junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and storyboard digital courses using ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy frameworks.
- Translate SME content into engaging and effective learning experiences. • Collaborate with developers and graphic designers on module production.
- Review and approve learning materials for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and oversee quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in instructional design or digital education.
- Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent writing and visual communication skills.
- Understanding of learner engagement strategies and assessment design. Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
