Junior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development & Space Planning

• Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and presentations for commercial interiors.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, mood boards, and design renderings.
• Support in space planning and optimization based on client requirements and building layouts.

2. Material Selection & Documentation

• Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for commercial environments.
• Prepare BOQs, material boards, and sample submissions for client approval.
• Maintain a database of vendors and material specifications.

3. Coordination & Execution Support

• Work closely with senior designers, project managers, and site teams for design implementation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for timely project execution.

4. Client Interaction & Presentation

• Assist in preparing and presenting design proposals and visualizations to clients.
• Incorporate client feedback and modify designs accordingly.
• Maintain a professional approach in client meetings and communications.

5. Research & Innovation

• Stay updated with current trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
• Bring fresh ideas, creative concepts, and innovative solutions to the team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial, office, or co-working space design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of materials, lighting, and furniture detailing.
• Strong visualization, creativity, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
