We are a boutique interior design studio based in Los Angeles specializing in high-end residential projects. We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer who is organized, creative, and eager to grow within a collaborative design environment.

Position Overview
The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team across all phases of projects, from concept development through installation. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about residential design and excited to learn the full scope of the design process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concept development, space planning, and design presentations
• Create and maintain design boards, material palettes, and client presentations
• Draft floor plans, elevations, and design drawings (CAD or similar software)
• Source furniture, fixtures, lighting, materials, and accessories
• Prepare FF&E schedules and specifications
• Communicate with vendors, showrooms, and contractors
• Assist with project organization, order tracking, and procurement
• Support installation days and styling for completed projects
• Maintain organized digital and physical material libraries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in residential or hospitality interior design (internships welcome)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
• Strong visual and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for interior design, materials, and furniture

Preferred

• Experience with procurement and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with design specification tools or project management software
• Knowledge of high-end furniture and materials
• Knowledge in interior design accounting system: Design Manager preferred

Pay: $53,405.63 - $64,316.46 per year
