About the Role

we are hiring an Interior Design graduate for a combined role: Junior Interior Designer + Sales Executive. This position is ideal for a fresh grad (or up to 1 year experience) who can support customers with basic space planning and styling guidance while also driving showroom furniture sales through confident client dealing and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and understand requirements (rooms, sizes, style preference, budget, timeline)
• Guide customers with space planning/furniture placement suggestions and style direction
• Prepare quotations, share catalog/options on WhatsApp, and follow up to close sales
• Assist senior designer with measurements, site visits, and client coordination when required
• Create simple mood boards / basic presentations for clients (Canva/PowerPoint)
• Maintain lead/customer record and coordinate with the team for delivery/installation updates
• Support showroom display styling and product presentation

Requirements

• Interior Design graduate (fresh to 1 year experience)
• Strong communication and convincing skills with confident customer dealing
• Strong interest in both interior design + sales and ability to meet targets
• Basic knowledge of furniture sizes, layout planning, and interior styling
• Working knowledge of tools (any): AutoCAD / SketchUp / Canva / Photoshop
• Willingness to work showroom timings and maintain professional conduct

Preferred

• Internship or showroom/customer-facing experience
• Portfolio or sample work (layouts, mood boards, renders, etc.)

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
