What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct and support research on macro trends, sector analysis, company earnings, and crypto protocols.
• Maintain and expand Lumida’s chartbooks across Macro, Crypto, Banking, and other investment themes.
• Track market news, trends, and investment narratives—turning them into actionable insights.
• Digest and summarize research content from podcasts, earnings calls, sell-side reports, and internal CIO meetings.
• Monitor exposure to sectors, themes, and factors; help propose strategic adjustments.
• Track thematic stock baskets (e.g., GLP1s, meme stocks, crypto equities) and contribute to our daily market narrative.
• Support the implementation of long and short investment strategies.
• Analyze trade execution and assist with slippage review.
• Participate in tax loss harvesting reviews and implementation.
• Contribute to a culture of high ownership, precision, and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in investing, markets, and digital assets.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to break down complex topics and communicate them clearly.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
• Eager to learn from senior team members and grow within the firm.
• Bonus points if you're already consuming market content daily (podcasts, newsletters, reports, etc.).

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a professional or academic finance-related setting
• Background in finance, economics, or a quantitative/technical field
• Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, GPT, Koyfin, Trading View
• Excellent written communication and analytical abilities
• Strong preference for candidates actively pursuing the CFA Charter
• Deep curiosity and commitment to understanding and mastering financial markets
