About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to driving growth in IT services and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the resources or services industry, along with a basic understanding of software implementation and IT consulting practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through lead scraping, outreach campaigns, and networking.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand business needs and present tailored software solutions.
• Support sales of IT services and software implementation projects across B2B sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and solution delivery.
• Maintain CRM records, track outreach efforts, and report on sales pipeline progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience in a resources or services-based company (internships or junior-level roles are also welcome).
• Familiarity with software implementation cycles and IT consulting practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for digital solutions and client success.
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn.
