Junior IT (Server Admin)

8pm-5am

Key Responsibilities:

• Help the IT department, ensuring reliable performance and scalability of IT systems.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including system administration, network management, and hardware/software maintenance.
• Ensure uptime and performance of enterprise networks, servers, endpoints, and office systems.
• Help manager in IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and technology assets.

Information Security & Risk Management

• Monitor comprehensive security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and risk evaluations.
• Oversee firewall, antivirus, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and SIEM solutions.

Network & Systems Administration

• Knowledge about how to configure, manage, and monitor LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and access points.
• Implement network segmentation, secure remote access, and performance optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across offices, servers, and user systems.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Windows Server environments.

Support

• Provide technical guidance to departments and collaborate with other managers for technology planning.

Key Requirements:
Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.

Experience

• Hands-on experience in IT operations and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing enterprise networks, Windows Server environments, and security infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of threat management, compliance, and security best practices.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in: Windows Server, Active Directory, Firewalls, EDR/XDR, Networking Devices, SIEM, IDS/IPS.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, backup solutions, remote access configurations, and log management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
