Junior Java Backend Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Backend Developer (JAVA) with 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in Java and related backend technologies. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend systems that support our applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a passion for learning, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
• Support in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
• Assist in integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Contribute to improving existing systems’ performance and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–1.5 years of professional experience in backend development using Java.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot or similar.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience using version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of Node.js or Docker will be considered a plus.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and enhance technical skills.
