Job Description: Junior Key Account Manager
Focus
The Junior Key Account Manager, in collaboration with SRVME team members, is responsible for implementing and driving SRVME’s business and sales strategies to achieve growth in Kuwait’s competitive market. This role focuses on managing business accounts, identifying new opportunities, negotiating, and securing deals, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
A. Sales and Growth

Identify key decision makers within organizations (executives, directors, leaders) to promote SRVME App.

Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Develop deep knowledge of SRVME’s products and services to clearly communicate their value.

Collaborate with SRVME’s management to design and implement growth strategies.

Maintain a proactive and growth-oriented mindset at all times.
B. Customer Management

Prepare and manage all documentation required to open and maintain accounts.

Generate reports tailored to customer requirements.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for all accounts.
C. Data Analysis

Develop reporting structures to track customer performance.

Analyze business operations from both technological and operational perspectives.

Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to automate data collection and enhance analysis.
D. Service Provider Acquisition

Conduct outreach to service providers, presenting SRVME’s value proposition, products, and services.

Overcome objections and negotiate advertising solutions while building trust and understanding provider needs.

Coach and train service providers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer retention.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

0–1 years of experience in a related field (fresh graduates welcome).

Fluent in both English and Arabic.

Preferably has a background in maintenance, contracting, or infrastructure, with strong knowledge of the local market and ability to deal effectively with service providers.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
