Job Summary
Rosalte, a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and product distribution, is seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to support the company’s legal and compliance activities. The role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career legal professional looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate, commercial, and regulatory legal matters within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents including contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and agreements with suppliers, distributors, and service providers.
Support the legal review of import/export, distribution, and commercial agreements to ensure compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations.
Assist in monitoring compliance with local authorities and regulatory bodies (e.g., NFSA, GAFI, customs, and trade-related entities).
Maintain and update legal records, contracts database, and company documentation.
Support the Legal Manager or external legal counsel in corporate governance matters, licenses, and registrations.
Conduct basic legal research on commercial, labor, and trade-related matters when required.
Assist in handling legal correspondence and follow-ups with external parties.
Support HR and management with basic labor law and employment-related documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
0 to 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Basic knowledge of Egyptian commercial, labor, and corporate law.
Interest in FMCG, trade, and commercial legal work.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and drafting skills in English
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Working Conditions
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
Work Location: Sheikh Zayed, Cairo
