Junior Legal Consultant - Dubai

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Legal Consultant to join our multinational team. The ideal candidate is a professional with a law degree, 3+ years of hands on UAE experience, and a strong technical aptitude. You must possess exceptional bilingual skills (Native Arabic & Very Good English) and solid experience with UAE legal portals (including RDC) to ensure seamless legal operations.

Why This Role Matters

This role strengthens our dispute resolution practice by ensuring precise filings, deadline compliance, and operational efficiency across UAE legal portals. The position directly supports case throughput, risk control, and client responsiveness.

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

• Independently manage active tenancy and court filings with full deadline compliance
• Process filings through RDC and UAE court portals with minimal rejection rate
• Maintain organized case tracking with accurate status reporting
• Reduce partner review time through accuracy and preparation quality
• Demonstrate strong bilingual drafting capability (Arabic and English)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit legal documents in Arabic and English
• Handle filings and case tracking through: Rental Dispute Centers (RDC) for tenancy cases, and Court Portals - Dubai Courts, ADJD, Ministry of Justice (MoJ)
• Maintain case files and track deadlines
• Support lawyers and work collaboratively within our team
• Experience with Ejari / Tawtheeq systems

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree (minimum)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as Legal Consultant/Paralegal in UAE
• Language: Native Arabic with Excellent English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and CRM
• Attitude: Professional, polite, resourceful, open minded, detail oriented, team player

Preferred Experience

• Experience with DIFC Courts or ADGM Courts portals
• Familiarity with Ejari or Tawtheeq systems
• Experience in tenancy or civil litigation matters
• UAE driving license with own car
