Junior Legal Executive

Responsibility

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries/reports.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and authorities as required.
• Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters.
• Maintain records of contracts, licenses, and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships in corporate/consultancy/law firms will be considered).
• Enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
