Junior Litigation Attorney – Insurance Defense

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Litigation Attorney to join our growing Insurance Defense practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to gain hands-on litigation experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex insurance defense matters.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions under supervision.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in [Insert State(s)] or awaiting bar results.
• 0–3 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred but not required).
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with insurance carriers or defense litigation.
• Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
