JUNIOR MANAGER - MALL OPERATIONS
JOB ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Jr. Manager Operations to ensure smooth daily operations across the mall. This role is responsible for maintaining service excellence, addressing tenant and visitor concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to uphold mall standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including physical facility management, safety, security, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall tenants and ensure timely support for their queries, stock movement, and maintenance concerns.
• Implement and enforce all SOPs, ensuring full compliance by all tenants.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Security, M.E.P, and Marketing teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Conduct monthly shop audits and share detailed feedback with the Manager – Operations.
• Ensure all tenant requests and operational issues are addressed promptly with no backlog.
• Lead and support team members, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Arts.
• Experience in mall operations, retail management, or facility management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities.
