Junior Marketing Analyst

About the Role:

Storck Middle East & Africa is looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst (1–3 years’ experience) to join our team and help drive the growth of our iconic confectionery brands across the region.


As a Junior Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in tracking performance, analyzing market data, and supporting brand and commercial teams. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Sales to ensure our activities are backed by strong insights and accurate reporting.


What you’ll do


  • Analyze market data (Retail Audit, Qualitative, Quantitative research) and sell-in/sell-out reports to monitor brand and category performance.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on brand, category, and competitor trends.
  • Support finance reporting: track budgets, reconcile spends with Finance, and maintain marketing trackers.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure ROI and share actionable learnings.
  • Assist with packaging and label change processes across markets.
  • Build dashboards and prepare presentations for management reviews.
  • Assist the Category Manager in planning, and executing marketing initiative


What we’re looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of FMCG experience in marketing, commercial, or business analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with retail audit data (Nielsen, U&A, Brand Health Trackers)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce metrics.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
