Position Overview

The Junior Marketing Manager Trainee role is an entry-level position designed to teach the fundamentals of marketing, brand representation, and leadership development.

This is not a remote or call-center role—we specialize in in-person interactions through community events, retail partnerships, and high-traffic venues.

You’ll start by learning the foundations of our marketing systems and client campaigns. Top performers will have the opportunity to advance rapidly through our criteria-based promotion program, working toward managing teams and eventually running their own independently operated office.

Responsibilities

  • Represent our clients with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity
  • Engage face-to-face with customers to raise brand awareness and generate support
  • Learn and implement marketing and sales systems proven to drive success
  • Assist with training and coaching new team members as you advance
  • Contribute to event setup, territory management, and client reporting
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
