Junior Mechanical / Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

Maxpower Electromechanical Contracting LLC is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to join our site engineering team for ongoing MEP projects across the UAE.

The selected candidates will support site execution, coordination, and technical supervision under the guidance of senior engineers and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in site supervision of MEP works.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare daily reports and site documentation.
• Support material inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical issues on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in MEP / construction projects.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical systems (as applicable).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a project-based environment.
• Ability to work under supervision and within deadlines.
