Junior Media Buyer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about digital marketing and advertising. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong analytical skills, and have a solid understanding of the media buying landscape.

As a Junior Media Buyer, you will work closely with the whole team and learn from the best how to execute, optimize, and report on various digital advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including campaign setup, performance monitoring, budget management, and data analysis. This role is crucial to the success of our advertising efforts and offers a clear path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, creation, and launch of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic display).
  • Performance Monitoring: Daily monitoring of campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR) to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, including A/B testing ad creatives, adjusting bid strategies, and refining audience/keyword targeting.
  • Budget Management: Assist in tracking and managing campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximize ROI.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile and analyze campaign data to generate regular performance reports for the team and clients. Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and new ad technologies. Conduct research on competitor strategies and audience behavior.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively to develop effective ad copy and visuals. Communicate regularly with the leadership to share insights and progress.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with campaign billing, invoice reconciliation, and other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role is preferred, but a recent graduate with a strong internship experience will also be considered.
  • Skills:
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookup, data analysis).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn.

Bonus Points (Nice to Haves):

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Google Ads certification or other platform-specific certifications.
  • Experience with a marketing analytics tool (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
