Junior Media Buyer & Upwork Sales Closer

Ad Snipper is seeking a Junior Media Buyer & Upwork Sales Closer to join our digital marketing team.
This role requires someone who can manage paid ad campaigns while also handling client calls and deal closures for Upwork proposals. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of sales confidence, excellent communication skills, and hands-on marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Facebook, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns under senior supervision.
• Take calls from potential clients who respond to Upwork proposals and convert them into closed deals.
• Collaborate with the bidding team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication with leads.
• Build trust with international clients through professional communication and sales understanding.
• Assist in preparing ad strategies and proposals based on client requirements.
• Maintain client relationship records and share progress reports with the management team.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or client communication.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (U.S./U.K. clients handling experience preferred).
• Confidence in taking Upwork client calls and leading the conversation to closure.
• Good understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage both marketing and sales operations efficiently.
