About the Role:

Meridian Trade Links is urgently hiring on behalf of a leading Media Agency in the UAE.

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Media Sales Manager who is passionate about media sales and eager to grow within a dynamic organization. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing media sales strategies.
• Identify and approach new clients within the media and advertising industry.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Support the Media Sales Manager in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of media campaigns.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in media sales or a similar role.
• Preference for candidates currently working in media agencies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
