Site Awareness

– Develop an in depth understanding of the building infrastructure within the area of operation.

– Familiarize with the MEP systems.

– Establish, to an educated level, the layout of MEP systems.

Workload Planning

– Develop a clear understanding of the company’s engineering QA procedures and processes.

– Assist with the weekly workload planning schedules with line manager, which will include proactive tasks.

Operations

– Implement and monitor routine daily, weekly, monthly, yearly planned preventive maintenance tasks in line with the planned maintenance schedule.

– Respond in a professional and appropriate manner to all in the MEP field.

– Report to the line manager on a regular basis regarding workload, quality of workmanship and key issues or challenges.

– Effectively manage Concordia technical resources.

– Effectively manage and coordinate with external service providers.

– Coordinate with the client and complete the necessary reactive work within the time frame.

– Allocate the team properly for the job based on the requirement.

– Complete all planned and reactive maintenance tasks issued by the service centre.

– Provide accurate feedback to management.

– Ensure that Concordia staff adhere to the HSQE policy.

– Prepare the reports related to the MEP service.

– Plan for the necessary spare parts/material/tools required for the day-to-day operations.

Customer Relations

– To implement the company’s customer service charter to ensure excellent customer service.

– Communicate in a professional and timely manner in all dealings with the public, client and internally with the company management and help desk, etc.

Additional Duties

– Participate in special projects and any other activities required to support the successful functioning of the organisation, as and when requested.

HSEQ

– Be aware of the operational/environmental/occupational risk identification procedures and assessments to be followed, to prevent injuries and/or damage to client property and equipment.

– Report risks relating to work/tasks or within the work environment to management and follow up, by escalating, if identified risk not addressed in agreed time frame.
