Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:

Update pricing in Retail Pro, ensuring all changes are correctly reflected at store level.

Upload promotional setups in Retail Pro, followed by sanity checks to confirm accurate execution and store visibility.

Generate allocation sub-files for each store, conduct thorough sanity checks, and upload allocations into Sage.
-
Generate initial allocations for new launches through HEX and ensure upload into sage.
-
Generate Interbranch transfers for lines not available in warehouse and ensure compliance of them being completed.

Track all incoming shipments and GRNS as warehouse and ensure AI is as per launch plan.

Liaise with stores to address queries related to system or data discrepancies, stock availability, price changes, and promotions.

Any other ad-hoc requirements.

Assist with tagging, pricing uploads, and product uploads for own e-commerce platform and 3rd party websites such as Namshi, Noon, and Amazon.

Create product masters along with imagery in the required formats for the 3rd party websites.

Ensure product listings go live as per the launch calendar. Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across platforms.

Coordinate with platform teams to ensure timely and accurate listing of products and promotional offers.
Qualitative Requirements:

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data validation, etc.).

Familiarity with Retail Pro and Sage systems preferred.

Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
-
Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy across store-level tasks.

Effective communication and coordination skills across internal teams.
-
Eager to grow within a core merchandising function under a push model brand framework.
