As part of our growth, we’re hiring a Junior Off-Page SEO Specialist to join our on-site SEO team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This role focuses on link building, outreach, and off-page optimization that directly impacts our clients’ visibility and search rankings.

Job Type: Full-time (On-Site)
Shift: Monday – Saturday, Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Salary: PKR 35,000

Key Responsibilities

• Execute advanced link-building strategies: anchor text optimization, high-quality backlink acquisition, guest posting, and digital PR outreach.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to resolve crawl, indexation, and canonicalization issues for improved SERP rankings.
• Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to track performance, identify opportunities, and report KPIs.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop outreach templates and improve domain authority.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and continuously adjust SEO strategies for optimal compliance and performance.
• Maintain accurate link-building records and performance reports using CRM or project tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years proven experience in Off-Page SEO, link-building, or digital outreach.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and related SEO platforms.
• Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, WordPress, CMS platforms, and on-page SEO fundamentals.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
• Availability: Must be available for the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) and on-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
