Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Baking: Preparing ingredients, weighing and measuring, mixing, and baking according to recipes.
- Maintaining Quality: Ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of pastries.
- Following Instructions: Adhering to recipes, production schedules, and hygiene standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Assisting with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
- Learning and Development: Observing and learning from senior chefs, developing new skills and techniques.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Culinary Skills: Basic knowledge of baking techniques, pastry making, and food preparation.
