A leading company in the textile industry is seeking a dedicated Junior Pattern Maker to join their innovative team. In this role, you will assist in the creation of patterns for various textile products, collaborating with designers to translate their visions into tangible patterns that ensure optimal fit and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of patterns for new textile products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with designers and product development teams to interpret sketches and design concepts into technical patterns.
• Utilize pattern-making software and tools to create and modify patterns while maintaining design intent.
• Conduct fittings and adjustments to patterns, ensuring that the final product meets quality and performance standards.
• Maintain organized records of patterns, sample pieces, and related documentation.
• Support the production team by providing accurate patterns that facilitate efficient cutting and sewing processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in pattern making and textile production.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Fashion/Textile Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in pattern making, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
• Proficient in pattern-making software (e.g., Gerber, Optitex) and traditional pattern-making techniques.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design and fit.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of garment construction and sewing methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in pattern making.
