Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and customer demands that inform product development.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to create and develop new textile products that reflect brand identity and quality standards.
• Manage product specifications, including material selection, colors, patterns, and finishes to ensure an optimal balance between aesthetics and performance.
• Oversee the sampling process, ensuring prototypes meet design and functional requirements through rigorous testing.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source necessary materials while adhering to timelines for product development and launch.
• Collect and analyze product performance data and customer feedback to inform future product enhancements.
• Ensure all products comply with industry standards and regulations throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specifications and the development process to ensure compliance and reference for future projects.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product development within the textile industry.
• In-depth knowledge of textile materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
• Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative product design.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency in CAD software and related product development tools is beneficial.
