About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketer who is passionate about paid advertising, analytics, and digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate should understand the basics of PPC, Meta Ads, funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization with a strong desire to grow in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support:

• Assist in launching and managing campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and help set up target audiences.
• Support in writing ad copies, tracking campaign performance & basic optimization.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA & conversions.
• Assist in creating weekly performance reports using Google Analytics, Ads Dashboard & Sheets.
• Participate in A/B testing of different ad creatives & landing pages.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the design & content teams to develop effective ad assets.
• Coordinate with senior performance marketers for strategy execution.
• Stay updated with AI tools, ad trends, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing funnels.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager or tracking tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year experience / internship in PPC or performance marketing are encouraged to apply.
