Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Planning Engineer – MEP to support our Planning & Project Controls team in developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in preparing and updating Primavera P6 MEP schedules

* Break down BOQs into WBS-based activities

* Monitor site progress and update schedules accordingly

* Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports and S-curves

* Coordinate with site, procurement, and subcontractor teams

* Track material delivery and manpower against project schedules

* Support delay analysis and recovery planning

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

* 1–3 years experience in MEP planning or project controls

* Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Excel

* Understanding of MEP systems & BOQs

* UAE project experience preferred
