We are seeking a qualified and experienced Junior Planning Engineer / Document Controller for our Water Reservoir Operations & Maintenance Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and maintaining all project-related documentation in an organized and systematic manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of O&M activities.
- Maintain and control all project documents, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper document filing, tracking, revision control, and record management.
- Prepare project dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports for management review.
- Support project management in planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Liaise with clients and consultants regarding project documentation and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and document control standards.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and document control, preferably in water, utilities, infrastructure, or O&M projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, reporting, and document management systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
