- Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates based on work completed at the site.
- Management of material reconciliations, tracking usage and procurement.
- Compilation of site claims and escalations, including documentation of additional costs.
- Rate analysis for non-Bill of Quantities (BOQ) items and initiation of variation order approval processes.
- Verification of sub-contractor bills and administration of payments.
- Assurance that sub-contractor requirements, including materials and machinery, are met promptly.
- Coordination of material demands and initiation of the material requirement process.
- Prepare and update project schedule.
- Set work program and target milestones as per project plan.
- Act as catalyst in planning & strategy.
- Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
- Assist management to lead and drive business strategy.
- Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly progress report.
- Assist in formulating effective project review & monitoring system.
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
