Junior Procurement Admin
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and obtaining quotations from approved suppliers.

Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals.

Maintain procurement records, files, and databases.

Follow up with vendors on order status and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements.

Verify delivery of materials and match with PO and invoices.

Support in contract documentation and vendor registration.

Help ensure procurement processes comply with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in procurement or admin role.

Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain principles.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision.
