Junior Product Manager

As the Junior Product Manager, you will be co-responsible for creating innovative products and engaging experiences for our end clients. You will play a supporting role in driving innovation throughout Bayut and dubizzle.

In this role, you will:

• Develop new products and enhance existing products.
• Identify strategic opportunities to transform our client-end product experience.
• Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and engineering to define and execute strategy.
• Work collaboratively with partners in the organisation to define priorities, plan projects and design approaches.
• Contribute in the areas of design, storytelling, interaction design, visual design, user research and user behaviour.
• Demonstrate strong product instincts, technical knowledge and obsession for the consumer to create and drive the roadmap for our products.
• Use data and deep customer insights to pose and answer key questions and drive product vision and strategy.
• Own the entire design and development process and manage projects end-to-end.
• Demonstrate effective collaboration in a matrixed, cross-functional team.
